The mission of the Vermont Women’s Business Center is to provide the counseling, networking environment, business tools, and training to help women in the early stages of business creation reach a clear and progressive path towards profitability so they can thrive at the intersection of their passions and skills, and continue making a positive impact on their community and family (and the world!).
VWBC is available without regard to income and offers the following services:

Please note, VWBC is in a transition phase. As of October 1, 2014, we will continue to provide one-to-one business counseling on a limited basis.

VWBC’s home office is located in downtown Barre. Our regular office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30-4:00.
Directions: From North Main Street (Route 302/14), turn onto Granite Street (People’s United Bank on corner, Dunkin Donuts across Main St.), proceed a half block, cross the railroad tracks and take an immediate right into our parking lot. We are on the second floor at the CVCAC Campus (left). Come in the front door and ask for us at the reception desk.
